Anyways on top of weather, the housing market in TO has turned about 1.5 months ago into a seller’s market and bidding wars are popular again for listings!
As you can see from the New listings data on the latest numbers, New listings are down 38% from last year, plus the current possible pausing in rate hikes has brought out the most discerning buyers from the woodwork!
As well this video is talking about the recent approvals to allow multiplex builds in TO up to 4-plexes with approvals as fast at 10 business days! instead the usual couple years and costs to re-zone or apply for minor variance to build a small multiplex, this is great for smaller investors!
